Then maybe they would actually vote to improve healthcare if they actually had to buy it themselves! Not at all interested in them taking an "entrepreneurial approach" to government but I'd be all for them taking a constitutional approach to government. That alone would eliminate the vast majority of government offices within the federal government.

What I think is hilarious is they kicked Trump off Twitter, so Elon bought Twitter, puts Trump back on, then Trump becomes president again and appoints Elon over a government agency.

The federal government needs to do away with the department of education. Education should never be politically altered. The States are capable of taking care of our local schools.

I would say, let the states run it and eliminate the Department of Education. But we know Illinois.

One of our worst in my humble opinion. When I turned on the radio this morning, as a veteran, I noticed the only President the person whomever put the segment together, used a clip from a Reagan speech, which I saw very fitting. It wasn't Carter, Clinton, Obama, or any Democrat, it was Reagan. When he spoke, he spoke not only of love of our country and service of our brave men and women who have served this country, but also included our creator, our almighty Father. As it should be. And at the end of President Reagan's speech, I said outloud, Amen! God Bless America! And God Bless the men and women who choose to stand up and continue to serve and defend our nation.

I have concerns about how education would be handled with Illinois at the helm. I worry it will make it worse in Illinois.....

Politicians shouldn’t be legislating education standards and setting goals based on perfect world to achieve them. You can’t expect parents to do less while expecting more from kids and educator will give good results.

Getting rid of the Department of Education will be the best thing we can do for our children. They are a joke. Why don't you give Americans the freedom of school choice? It's where kids aren't stuck in a crappy school because of where we live. Only those that can afford private schools can allow our kids to have a better education and not controlled by crappy school boards that are so wound up in politics, and our kids are stuck in the middle

How about letting local communities teach without government intervention? Everything the government is involved with goes wrong.
